5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a 80% advance payment before work begins, with the remaining 20% due upon completion and delivery of the agreed deliverables. Once work has commenced on a project, advance payments are non-refundable. Refunds for undelivered or significantly delayed work, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated in writing.
6. Service Results Disclaimer
AHL DigiRise provides services based on industry best practices and strategic planning. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, lead generation, or revenue results, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions and client-side execution. 7. Client Content Ownership
Upon full and final payment for a website building project, AHL DigiRise will transfer complete ownership of the WordPress Dashboard credentials (User ID and password) to the client via email. We retain no ownership rights over the completed website, its content, or associated dashboard access once this handover is complete.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination before project completion, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, calculated on a pro-rata basis relative to the total agreed project scope. Any advance payment already made will be adjusted against the value of work completed.
9. Affiliate Product Promotions
We may, in the future, promote affiliate products through our blog. Any purchases made through affiliate links are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective affiliate program, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from your interactions with affiliate products or services.
10. Third-Party Links
